E-mail A Patient
E-mail A PatientWe would be happy to deliver an e-mail for you to a friend or family member who is a Reid patient. Fill out the form below with as much information as possible, and we will do the rest!
Important notes: Patient emails are delivered during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Email received after hours will be delivered the next business day. We are unable to provide a response from a patient to their e-mail. If the patient has been released, the email cannot be delivered and will be deleted.
Due to privacy issues, patients sometimes ask that no information - even confirmation that they are a patient - be shared. If a person's name is not in our electronic directory, an e-mail cannot be delivered and will be deleted.
General Internet e-mail is inherently unsecure. We recommend you do not communicate items considered confidential or private in nature through e-mail (i.e., Social Security numbers, diagnosis information, credit card numbers, etc.).
