Adult PsychiatricsOur Adult Psychiatric Unit is an acute inpatient stabilization unit. We believe that a combination of biological, psychological and social/environmental factors causes psychiatric disorders. Therefore, we practice a variety of custom treatment interventions. Our treatment team includes a psychiatrist, nurses, clinical licensed social workers, substance abuse counselors and an activity therapist.
Treatment approaches include:
- Psychiatric evaluation
- Medication management
- Individual therapy
- Group therapy
- Family counseling
- Substance abuse assessment and counseling
- Activity groups
- Medical detoxification
