| Request Catering Form Please fill out the form and it will be sent to the Food & Nutrition Services Department. We look forward to serving you and your catering needs.
- Catering is available Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm. All requests should be received by 3:30pm each afternoon or it will be posted the next day.
- Prices are subject to change.
- Reid's Catering Services has the right to substitute items, if items are unavailable or to honor last-minute requests.
- All catering requests should be sent 72 hours in advance (3 business days).
- Larger catering requests that require FULL SERVICE, should be sent in advance 5 business working days.
- Last-minute catering requests will be determined by the Catering Coordinator, depending on availability and staffing for an additional charge of 50% of the total order.

Internal Catering
Set-up Fees:
- 1-20 people - $10
- 21-60 people - $15
- 61-100+ people - $20
Delivery only fees are 20% of the total order or $20 whichever is less. |
External Catering
- $40 off-site fee for local delivery, other fees may apply for out of town delivery.
- Caterer - $18 per hour per caterer
- Set-up fees $20 up to 100 people, 100+ people, additional fees will apply
