Health Ministries
| Health Ministries America's healthcare focus has been mainly on curing health problems instead of preventing them. That's why Reid Hospital and the Health Ministries Association is teaming up with area churches to provide those in our community with informational health packets each month. Each packet represents a new theme and includes materials to make a bulletin board or give a class.
There is no cost to join the program, and churches who do participate will receive a wheelchair, blood pressure cuff, stethoscope and first aid kit. This Wellness Program began in the summer of 1998 and has grown steadily since through the support of the Reid Foundation.
For more information, contact Pat Murrah, Community Health Educator at (765) 983-3094. A handbook explaining the program in more detail will be mailed to you.
